To eject a CD that doesn't appear in the Finder:
  - run Disk Utility and use its eject button
  - sometimes iTunes can see a disk when the finder can't, and you can use its eject button.

Use these commands to read from and write to the clipboard:
  - pbpaste
  - pbcopy
